We offer a 30-day return & refund service starting from the date you receive the projector package.

### Return Requirements
1. The projector, original packaging, power adapter, remote control, cables, manuals and all original accessories must be complete, undamaged and unmarked.
2. The product shall not have scratches, stains, cracks, water damage or signs of improper use. Products that affect resale are not eligible for return.
3. Promotional bundles, clearance items and customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

### Shipping Cost for Returns
- Quality defects, functional faults or damage caused during transit: We cover the return shipping fee.
- Returns due to personal reasons (unsuitable size, unsatisfied effect, wrong order, personal preference etc.): Buyer bears all return shipping costs. The original delivery fee is non-refundable.

### Return & Refund Process
1. Send an email to fusionanson666@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product to apply for return.
2. We will review your request and reply with return guidelines within 2 working days.
3. Please send back the goods as instructed and share the return tracking number via email.
4. Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

### Product Warranty & After-sales Support
- For installation, connection or operation issues, please send emails to our support mailbox for professional guidance.
- Standard warranty period: 1 year for the main unit. Accessories such as remote control, cables and power adapters enjoy 3-month warranty.
- Man-made damage, improper operation, disassembly, water ingress and damage caused by unauthorized modification are not covered by warranty.

### Special Notes
1. Please inspect the package carefully within 48 hours after delivery. If the projector is broken, cracked or missing accessories, please send relevant photos/videos to our email for verification. We will arrange reshipment or full refund promptly.
2. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are non-refundable.
3. If the parcel is confirmed lost in transit 30 days after shipment, we will arrange reshipment or full refund for you.
